Caitlin serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing for The Hoesterey Group, where she plays a key role in supporting the team's growth through strategic marketing and efficient day-to-day operations. She brings a strong background in sales and marketing, along with a passion for organization, collaboration, and creating a seamless experience for both agents and clients. Prior to joining The Hoesterey Group, Caitlin spent eight years as a hairstylist, where she built lasting relationships with clients and developed a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service. When Caitlin isn't working, she enjoys attending country concerts, baking, and spending time with her yellow lab–pitbull mix, Oakley.
